Im März 2014 veranstaltet KREATV zusammen mit CinemaxX die erste "Stuttgarter Filmnacht - Regionale Filmemacher go CinemaxX". Grundidee und Konzept stammen von DoP und Regisseur Jens S. Achtert, der, zusammen mit dem zuständigen CinemaxX Team, derzeit noch an den Einzelheiten der Veranstaltung arbeitet.
"Das Event wird kein Wettbewerb mit Preisen oder Trophäen werden - es ist eine Plattform für regionale Filmemacher, die sonst mit ihren Projekten wenig oder keine Förderung bekommen. Das Erlebnis seinen eignen Film auf einer großen Leinwand zu sehen, direkt die Reaktionen der Zuschauer zu erfahren und im Anschluss persönlich zu diskutieren, ist eine Erfahrung, die nur im Kino möglich ist - und die sicherlich jeden Filmemacher in seiner Arbeit prägen wird. Ich bin sehr froh, dass sich das CinemaxX an der Liederhalle zur Durchführung dieses Projekts, das eine Menge Arbeit für alle Beteiligten bedeutet, bereit erklärt hat und so großzügig unterstützt."
Demnächst (ab Anfang Dezember 2013) werden die Teilnahmebedingungen für die Filmemacher und das genaue Datum der Veranstaltung auf einer eigens dafür eingerichteten Homepage (www.stuttgarter-filmnacht.de) veröffentlicht werden. Es wird dort auch einen Link zum Kartenvorverkauf geben - und wir bitten alle Leser dort möglichst schnell die Karten zu bestellen!
"Wir haben zwar den größten Saal für das Event bekommen, aber ich denke, die Karten zum Vorzugspreis von 6,- EUR werden im Nu vergriffen sind. Geplant sind 2-3 Stunden feinstes Programm mit verschiedensten Kurzfilmen, eine kleine Messe mit Ausstellern aus dem Bereich Filmequiment und Rent-Service, Diskussion mit den anwesenden Filmemachern und und und... - allein der Eröffnungsfilm "Die Diebin - über den Dächern von Stuttgart" mit Andra Kokott, Martin Pitt und Local Matador Aris Diamanti zieht jetzt bereits Fans aus ganz Deutschland nach Stuttgart, die unbedingt dabei sein wollen."
Damit die Mischung aus szenischen Filmen - ausgenommen sind Animationsfilme sowie kommerzielle Arbeiten, Musikvideos, Werbung, Reportagen oder Imagefilme - nicht langweilig wird, stellt Jens S. Achtert gerade eine kompetente Jury zusammen, um die richtige Mischung von Filmen für einen spannenden Filmabend zusammenzustellen. Sollte jemand für die erste Veranstaltung im März mit seinem Beitrag abgelehnt werden, kein Grund zur Verzweiflung. Bereits im Herbst 2014 wird es die nächste Stuttgarter Filmnacht am Robert-Bosch-Platz 1 geben. Regelmäßig soll das Event 2-3 Mal pro Jahr statt finden und (über)regional beworben werden.
"Wir möchten vorallem Filme von regionalen Filmschaffenden aus den Genres zeigen, denen über die üblichen Wege sonst kaum eine Plattform im Kino - allenfalls im Internet - geboten wird. Deshalb konzentrieren wir uns auf Einsendungen aus den Bereichen Horror, Action, Krimi, Splatter, Drama oder Abenteuer. Wir würden uns über einen Martial Arts Film besonders freuen, ebenso wie über einen ausgefallenen Body Snatcher Film oder einem romantischen Liebesfilm aus Stuttgart - eben alles, was sonst zu kurz kommt und die Bannbreite des hiesigen Filmschaffens beweist."

In March 2014, KREATV organises together with CinemaxX the first "Stuttgart film night - regional filmmaker go CinemaxX". Basic idea and concept come from DoP and director Jens S. Achtert which currently works together with the CinemaxX team on the details of the event.
"The event will become no competition with prices or trophies - it is a platform for regional filmmakers who get few or no support, otherwise, with their projects. To see your own film on a big screen, to find out directly the reactions of the spectators and to discuss personally, is an experience which is possible only in the cinema - and which will influence absolutely every filmmaker in his future work. I am very glad that the CinemaxX allows the realisation of this project which means an amount of work for all partners and supports it so generously."
Soon (from the beginning of December, 2013) the conditions of participation for the filmmakers and the exact date of the event on a homepage specially made for it will be published (www.stuttgarter-filmnacht.de). There will be also a link for advance ticket booking - and we ask all readers as quickly as possible to order the tickets for the event!
"Though we have got the biggest hall for the event, but I think, the tickets for the preferential price of only 6 EUR will be sold in a short time. 2-3 hours the finest cinema programme with different short films are planned, a small fair with exhibitors for filmequiment and rent service, discussion with the present filmmakers and and and... - only the opening film "The thief - above the roofs of Stuttgart" with Andra Kokott, Martin Pitt and our local matador Aris Diamanti already brings fans from whole of Germany to Stuttgart."
So that the mixture of scenic films - excluded are animation films as well as commercial works, music video, advertisement, reports or image films - does not become dull, puts Jens S. Achtert just a competent jury together to mix the right films for an exciting film evening. Should somebody be rejected for the first event in March with his contribution, no reason for the desperation. Already in autumn, 2014 there will be the next Stuttgart film night in the Robert Bosch place 1. Regularly the event 2-3 spots per year should take place and will be promoted on the regional and overregional level.
"We would like to show, above all, films of regional film makers from the genres to which above the usual ways, otherwise, no platform is offered in the cinema. Therefore, we concentrate on films from the areas of horror, action, crime film, splatter, drama or adventure. We would particularly be glad about a real martial arts film, just as about an unusual body snatcher or a romantic lovefilm. Just everything what proves the width of the local film creating."
